True Health is the ability to adapt

Homeopathy for neurodiversity, ADHD & anxiety.

Supporting children and adults find greater calm, balance, & resilience.

Homeopath in Syros, Greece & Online

About my Practice

I run a General Practice Clinic with a special interest in Neurodiversity.

I work with both children and adults to look beyond the label

and support meaningful and lasting change.

In today’s highly demanding and overstimulating world,

it is so common for many of us to feel lost

or to become stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.

And yet...our minds and bodies have an innate ability to self heal.

Wherever you are in the world, and whatever your story,

I look forward to working together and supporting you in your journey.

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is the fastest growing system of medicine in the world and has been around for over 200 years.

It operates on the principle of 'like cures like' - in the Greek origin Homeo means similar and Pathos means suffering.

Homeopathy treats the person, not just the disease - because we are all different!

Testimonials

“Kat came into my life when I was somewhat frazzled as a new mum and feeling very much out of my depth. I felt I could be open with her from the off and never felt judged, it was just like talking to a friend that offered sound, balanced support as we worked through various remedies.”
